62 Days Later Order Still Not Fulfiled - I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I placed my order of R1699 on the 25th of July for a Bottle of Whiskey as a birthday present for my friend and today is the 27th of September and still no contact and no responses to my emails and their phone is engaged all the time.
