5 months of no communication....

i have been waiting since December 2017 for a couple of orders. I have emailed and phoned on numerous occasions. Tracey and James makes empty promises and does not reply on any mails or give any feedback. Dia does not call back when messages are left for her. Bottleshop has a total of R11896 in their account for orders paid, not yet received and no communication from anyone in the company. Is it to much to ask for feedback when you have already paid for something you have not received - and at this stage looks very unlikely that you will ever receive it???
