Disappointed customer
Quick delivery yes because they use courier guy which is one of the best .The problem will start if need to make a return as always courier pickup the parcel in time. But the refund am now going for third week since l return without refund am so disappointed this a ****ty online shop ever

01 Oct 2024, 19:16Dear south africans l made a purchase for a lithium battery charger from this shop .And it was going for 300bcks including delivery it goes to R402 .So after their product couldnt work as promised l file a return on the15th of september.But as of now l havent receive my refund but fun part l just got a message saying R101 refund will reflect in your account in three days .So correct me here from R400 - R100 for delivery and another R100 for return which means l was suppose to get my R200 bucks refund .but instead they decide to rob their customer
Mind me am not out here crying for R100 but for expossing some of the things thats is happening on this online shop so ****ed without honor and princepiles you are nothing, out here taking advantage of others in disadvantage position
