They sell counterfeit items under original images - Dishonest & Slow to refund
They falsely advertise a product with an image of the original product, only to send a blatantly counterfeit product instead, and I mean BLATANT. Original says "made in Taiwan", the counterfeit they sent me says "made in china", nevermind the completely different brand name as well.
After contacting them I receive no apology, get told that a courier will come to collect and I will receive a refund after their "electrician" inspects the items. All this while they obviously know that they have indeed sold me a counterfeit product.
There is no urgency or communication in arranging a courier collection from them. I had to follow up and they continue to delay. They have had 3 days to arrange a courier now and still no courier collection.
They are in denial, refuse to take accountability and accept that in this case, the customer is indeed right and they know it...
Don't take a chance with them
The courier should have picked it up on Monday, we are terribly sorry for the delay. Our fulfilment guy just contacted them and they should still pick it up today. We will keep an eye on this pickup to ensure they do the pickup asap. Once we receive the product it will be quickly checked and the refund will be done straight after.
Counterfeit implies that we send you a product that bears the identical same logo and details as another brand, that is not what happened though. We however did send you a different brand than the pictures on our site, we are very sorry about this but also glad that you pointed it out for us to fix. The technical guys will change the picture asap. For interest sake, the first solid-state relays, which can be thought of as original, were made in the 1970s by Crydom in the USA, since then they are made all over the world including China and Taiwan.
