Excellent after sales

It has been 2 yrs since I bought a 3-D printer. The printer was faulty and they promised to replaced it. I no longer had the packaging and they delivered the new printer and gave me a few days to repackage the faulty printer before collecting it. I have never experienced this type of after sales service before nor since. SG Cape Aerospace
