Did an online order for delivery. After completion of the order, realised that I forgot a few items. If I made a second order, I would have to pay for delivery again. Contacted them, spoke to Paul and Charity. They arranged that I can do my second (and subsequent 3rd order) as 'pickup), but they will include it in the delivery of the original order. Received the order just now, neatly packed and complete!
