Bad Service
I placed 1 order for IR LED's got the wrong ones. Placed another order also wrong LED's camera is like a disco ball RED GREEN BLUE. Tickets are being closed without even responding to them.

Man.... We stand here today with our hats in our hands. We took random samples out of the bins, and as you stated, there are wrong products between the correct ones. Somehow there are LEDs that change colours in the IR LED bin. They are very cool as they change to all kinds of colours when they receive power. But most definitely different from what you ordered.
It is not even a product we stock! It is embarrassing to us and a very big no-no. The mixup must have happened at the supplier. It is difficult to pick this error up because they look so similar to the IR LEDs.
I apologise profusely for this mixup, but I am grateful you caught this problem on behalf of us. I know it is different from how it should work, but sometimes things like this slip past us.
I asked Jan to contact you to send you the correct stuff. We went through the bin and tested them all. Most of them are the wrong type :-(. Also, you can keep those LED's. They gave an awesome light effect. You might be able to use it somewhere else.
