POOR SERVICE REGRET EVER ADMITTED TO YOUR HOSPITAL

I am paying my account every month ,but i am not receiving the statement .I have been requesting the statement for the balance for months but no one is coming back to me but someone had guts to call me about the outstanding payment .Please do the right thing and sent my statement
