POOR FINANCE DEPARTMENT ADMIN

I was admitted on the 30th of August. The medical insurance allocated money to the hospital and gynae. I was instructed on admission to cover the shortfall of R 5 800 to cover the R3300 for the hospital and R 2 500 for the paediatrician. I paid and sent proof of payment. Now im being bothered on a daily basis about the paediatrician wanting to claim from Affinity Health whilst I made a cash payment on admission. I find this annoying as I had submitted all authorisation letters and proof of payments more than once.
