Nurses at Botshilu private hospital nurses need to go for customer service lessons

Botshilu private hospital general ward nurses have a bad attitude, they need to go for lessons for customer service, as we are paying for a lot of money but they have a stinking service, my husband is been admitted there as i am writting this email, yesterday i find him lying helplesly without any assistant, he was having fever, as he was feeling cold and didn't ate anything for the whole day, when i was asking for a sister incharge instead i was given an attitude as if i am nothing and dont know what i was asking for, I don't know if the founder of that hospital dr Rampedi as good as he is knows the bad service we are recieving from nurses, I think someone has to alert them that is the private hospital not George Mukhari please- when you greet them they don't respond, they have a bad attitude towards patiants also as if they don't know their rights
