Horrible service at Botshilu private hospital

Such a horrible experience for a private hospital,one can actually come to the hospital with a weapon since the security is searching no one,I guess they operate by faith. Nurses are not welcoming at all,when you greet they do not even look at you to acknowledge,no chairs for visitors in ward G2 and the ward is not really clean. Lastly the habit of admitting patients for 3 days without much being communicated to them,it leaves one with doubts and concerns that you are just pushing to claim from the medical aid.
