Last September I paid for csection and sterilisation by Doctor Kalenga and I paid using debt. What he failed to tell me is that the procedure can fail and I must still use the exact same precautions. And I was already high risk from past and he forgot to tell me that the procedure increases your chances of ectopic pregnancies. So this year April I find out I am pregnant and I delayed checking because he told us it was a permanent procedure. Unlucky for me who has already had raptured ectopic this was another ectopic. When I complained to the hospital they protected him and ghosted me until they threw him under the bus and said he must resolve this matter. I have not heard from him at all in over a month. I am sorry but their complaints department is a ****ashop level of management.
