We need professional black owned businesses

I decided to go to a spa in Pretoria west called Bothlale guest lodge and spa because a friend said they had an event there and we should check it out. We booked an appointment for 12:00 pm and when we get there the lady who was scheduled for my massage says she's busy and we are disturbing her and she will sew us at 13:00pm. I mean honestly where is the professionalism to atleast say I am delayed and apologize. I am shocked and would not recommend such a place to anyone
