Unhappy client

Firstly as a the****** myself I'm very disappointed in the ladies at Botlhale guesthouse and spa... The welcoming was very poor, my appointment was 11:30 so I was there around 11:15, upon arrival the room is still yet to be cleaned, we are greeted like long time friends in very unprofessional manner, the the****** are dressed not in uniform hence they did put on their the****** top before they started the treatment. Maria shouts "Khensani etla o. tsume heater e" whilst clients are in the room which sounded very unprofessional and then we get served snacks and drinks without a tray with the juice dripping along side the glass through Khensanis hands like WOW, place looks nice but it's dirty while the 2 gentleman laze around the sun, washing buskets full of laundry outside like I'm very disappointed hence I thought highly of them judging by the pictures posted on the media I really judged a book by its cover.. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.. The really needs to be careful or these ladies will drive this place straight into the ground... Can't say much about the treatment because this was for mom and aunt but what a waste of money, it's no one's fault though but it is a lesson learnt... I would rate Botlhale guesthouse and spa 1/10.
