Faulty product that turned to life threatening threats.

Bottle Buhle, what a very bad company that doesn't have a customer care service they also don't value their agent that brings them money. I say so because I bought a perfume from one of their agent two years ago the product was faulty I immediately took it back the very same day of arrival.Ever since I have been sent from pillar to post with emails back and forth. The last email that I got from them was from their CEO threatening me months ago.Proof of all communications available.Yesterday 12/08/2025 I decided to remind them that I'm still waiting for my refund.Todsy 13/08/2025 I got a call from their agent that sold me the product asking me if I wrote an email to her company ,I answered yes because my case was still pending.Basically the area manager was searching for my photos on social media/ internet that still puzzles me why am I being searched.Am I going to be silenced or victimized for what is rightfully mine.I responded to the company by sending the correct pictures of myself and my address because the person they found that we share a name was actually not me. I am sharing my story with the whole world to know that Botle Buhle cannot solve their consumer dispute accordingly instead the will be life threatening vibes.Big companies that don't give good value for money will always bully the poor customers that don't have enough money to fight for them selves.
