Refusal to refund a cancelation of a booking.
They are refusing to refund me on a cancelled bookings because of their limited resources that were never informed of when we booked. They are now requesting bank confirmation and deny the authenticity of the document provided by the bank.

28 Nov 2024, 21:43The booking was for Soweto Principals for the 3rd Dec. Delaying tactics are being used. R5000 deposit was made from Sekwati Primary school on the 5th of November 2024 ref LSP-G-325.
