Refund needed due to ceiling falling down on guests at log cabin

Good day All, please don't visit or STAY Bothongo Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve ever! We had an incident on the 14th December where the ceiling fell on my husband and till now they don't have any accountability. They have no health and safety on site. Their panic buttons don't work. They didn't call for an ambulance and I had to take my husband to the hospital in the dark and i cant see well at night! They refuse to pay medical bills or give me a refund for my stay for the weekend. They only care about making money. They don't care for their guests at all. Over and above everything their Security came to our cabin and turned around leaving us to fend for ourselves! Their panic button was not serviced as this had no service date in the back. There was no Wci2 form filled out nor any risk assessments. We even asked for certification of sign off for guests to stay and none received. We have been emailing almost every day without a response. All we want is the medical bills paid for and a full refund.
