Dear Bothongo Rhino & Lion Nature Reserve.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent service you provided to my family and me this weekend (17-19 September). It was our first visit to your establishment, and we appreciated the peace and quiet and the high level of service provided throughout your lovely reserve's facilities. The abundance of animals... wow!

The individualised service contributed significantly to the amazing experience, beginning with the booking agent (Angie, you are a superstar). Every member of staff with whom we came into contact was attentive, kind, and professional, including security, reception (Eilien), and Stewart, who explained all the do's and don't's and added some humour to it (you are amazing!). Thank you, Stewart, for resolving our minor issue in such a timely and competent manner, we are amazed.

I just wanted to express how much we appreciated that effort and everything the employees done for us.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at Bothongo Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve. We have already chosen to return and have booked our December trip.

We will most certainly suggest your establishment to our friends, co-workers, and family, and we cannot wait to return. Once again, we appreciate your exceptional service and look forward to seeing you soon.
