<p>With regards to the review: The client was fully aware of the eviction process that was and is underway, via the court systems; Client was also fully aware that we where the selling agents only not the listing agents, therefore the listing agenst and his client and their attorneys are in control of the eviction, however we as her agent is doing all in our power to finalise the matter,all court docs and progress reports was and is being given to client.</p>
