Bought a house under false pretence.

I bought a house in 2013 thru an agent called Botho Properties based in Roodeport. The agent by the name of Kevin told me that the house was vacant and it doesn't have problems then I went to view it but couldn't view it inside. I called him on so many occasions asking him to come with me to view it inside but he never pitched. I eventually signed the contract with the bank. After the house was approved and transfers processes were complete, I went to him to collect keys he started giving excuses and told me that their offices are closed for December holidays and I can only get my house keys on the 7th of January 2014. Then I started having suspicions and I decided to go back to the house and to my surprise I found out that the house is occupied. I immediately contacted my agent I told him to solve this issue but up until today he has been ducking and diving. I am paying for a house close to 2 years now, that has house disputes and my agent was aware all along, but because he was hungry for commission he sold me a house under false pretence.
