Delay in payment of RAF settlement and rudeness

We filed a claim against the Road Accident Fund in 2011 for an accident in which my father lost his life. We have since won the case and the full settlement value was paid into Bothma Inc.'s bank account in May 2015. Since then we've been phoning, sending e-mails and leaving messages to request full payment from the attorney - to no avail.
