PARKING

I want to know the following: I work at a place that are situated in a centrum where there are 12 businesses (my working place is one of them). The owner of the centrum do not want any of the workers to park in front of any of the shops and send a letter to let us know that we must park on the opposite side of the shops. Seeing that I am not only working in the centrum but am also a client of those shops, am I entitled to park anywhere?
