Not serving the community at all!

Arrived at the clinic at 15.23, chairs were up, staff clearly just waiting to go home. I read the sign that clearly stated that I should sit down until attended to. I sat right in front of the window, the lady on the other side just continued with her paper work without acknowledging me. Staff started leaving at 15.30, one staff member came to close the window but saw us sitting outside and asked if we had been helped to which I responded by saying we had not been.

He asked me if we had come up to the window to ask for help but the sign clearly reads to sit down until called up. He then started trying to find fault with what we had done instead of attending to us. This was extremely infuriating and unprofessional.

We were led to a consulting room, the nurse that attended to us complained about how people do not know what time to come to the clinic. I was there with my daughter and she had to go to school before visiting the clinic. There is no respect, poor work ethics and disgusting service.

Staff seems to be concerned with leaving early instead of discharging their contractual obligations and adhering to clinic times. We have visited this clinic three times with no help, if this was an issue I could go to the doctor for I would not waste my time with these people. They do not want to work, do not value their jobs or the patients they attend to. If I left my work half an hour before I am meant to leave I would be fired.
