Bothasig Clinic Catch a Wakeup

Worst, unprofessional blaaze attitude is ridiculous. I was invited to my friends birthday at the mall here in Bothasig. My handbag got ****** together with my glasses in them. It has been more that 3 years since I got my eyes tested again so I went to Bothasig clinic and the optometrist was there but the lady at the info desk (black lady with braided hair) told me they can't help me and I must come back this week to check when they will be available.

My script is -4 on both my eyes, so you can understand I am blind without them. I told the lady that I need them urgently because the contact lenses I have are very old, but that didn't seem to bother her.

I again came from the clinic with no joy. I mean it's my sight for crying in a bucket. Why couldn't they squeeze me in when the optometrist was there? I don't understand. I suppose for someone that can't comprehend how it feels to not be able to see anything besides shadow like images, they will never understand.

I need someone to please get back to me. I don't know what to do anymore.
