Taking advantage of vulnerable people

On the 06/02/2021 I was Involved in a car accident at R28/N12. Then my insurance company arranged with Botha towing company from Vanderbijlpark 41 Nation Road Stefan Park AH to tow my car and keep it safe, when I was taken by the ambulance to the hospital, the consultant from my insurance discovery instructed my to look after the on the scene until the towing company arrived otherwise they won't be responsible for any loss. Then Botha towing company came and fetch my car. When I was discharged from the hospital I remembered that my umbrella, Jack, jump cables were not taken from the car I called Botha towing the guy by the name of Morne Botha said he will check with the security but He never came back to me, then I called him asking the company email address He told me to look for it on the internet he doesn't know his email or I must write a letter through sheriff which is going to cost me money for me and dropped the phone. I am really not happy the service I received from them and the other thing they swapped my car battery with an old one . I feel that Botha towing company is taking advantage of people who are vulnerable because I heard from people that I am not the only person whom they did this to. Botha's contact number is ***
