Very POOR!

I have purchased a vehicle at Botha & Deysel Boksburg in 2015. They said that the vehicle was fully serviced and that the shocks were replaced. To my despite I had numerous issues with the vehicle and was told by Audi SA that the shocks were never replaced after the vehicle was there for service and I asked them that the car's handling was poor and bad knocking sounds came from all around. The said that the shocks were faulty and needed replacing. After numerous attempts contacting the Botha & Deysel Dealership with no return calls or joy I replaced the faulty components for R 56 000. I had visit the dealership to discuss this matter once again but no one is willing to assist.
