******** loading of purchase price

<p>Bought a second hand car from Botha & Deysel. When I got the paper work to sign I noticed the price was loaded with a couple of thousand. On enquiry they say it is for a warranty. I never asked for it but was told it was compulsory. I asked for the details of who the warranty is with, some place called motoraid underwritten by Innovation Group. Can not find any proof of their existence! I am sure it's not legal to force me to take it, and I am sure the consumer protection act does not allow this kind of sly charges!</p>
