Terrible service....purchased a vehicle on a trade in from the vanderbijlpark branch...paid R130k difference..before I left I am told by the salesman JONATHAN that I will have to do change of ownership on my own cause it's a cash trade in and not finance(cost me R2200)..this was a Thursday...they delivered on Friday..when car is delivered it comes with one key(spare key)the original transponder key was apparently lost(cost on new key R3500).on Saturday I see the car has terrible jerks as if it was going to fall apart....I parked car off and on Monday it was taken to eagle Ford centurion...all 3 engine mountings were broken...then I am told that the cv joints are not original,the stabilizer bars are all loose. I called Jonathan immediately and he said I should send him invoices. I got the repair done at Ford for R8000,sent him invoices and he says the manager says they cannot pay for anything. Blocked me on watsapp and never took any calls...I do not recommend this dealer to anyone...this is a R250k car that was purchased and i still had to pay for the license,key and fixing on my own....all their branches are the same based on the hellopeter and Facebook reviews. Everyone seems to be having endless problems with this place.
