False advertising

I purchased a vehicle from Botha&Deysel motors in Boksburg. They said that the shocks have been replaced. But this was not at all the case. I replaced the shocks at my cost cause it was a safety hazard driving the car. So after contacting this Pierre OK bazaar manager, he denies everything and puts the phone down in your ear as a second nature.
