Payment made! No Delivery! *********** Staff!!!!!

In January 2015 I placed and PAID an order with Kirstenbosch bookshop and to date I have received NOTHING! NO feedback! NO communication! Every time I phone I just get transferred from one department to the next and then eventually they just drop the call. The bookkeeper is almost NEVER at work and nobody else can assist with picking up my payment which went through my bank! I'm so sick of dealing with these *********** employees who don't even make an effort to assist me. If I knew it was going to be such a massive headache I would have NEVER placed an order with the Kirstenbosch bookshop they are USELESS!!!!!
