Unacceptable and disgusting

<p>We recently returned from our weekend away in Herm****, and deceided to took the kleinmond route back, where we ended up at the Botanical Garden, where we all decided we'd have lunch. </p> <p>We entered the restaurant on th premises, and was greeted by a waitress after a while. We were then seated and was asked which drinks we'd like. Both my partner and I ordered a single Johnny Walker Black, and I specifically requested a can of lemonade as well. After a lenghy wait, we evenually received our drinks, only to receive 2x double shot Johnny Walker Black and 2x full glasses of lemonade which came from there machine, which i would also like to add, was flat. She didn't mention that they were out of canned lemonade, and just went along and brought she felt in her mind was the right order!</p> <p>I was disgusted with the meal i received, as I've ordered steak, two bites in, i realised my steak was raw, along with the patties of burgers the rest ordered! I complained to the waitress, who then went back to the manager, who didnt even have the decent to come out himself to apologise. He had the nerve to ask the waitress ask me whether or not i would like to have my steak thrown back into the plan "to make it better" (the audacity)! After leaving my plate there for a while, he then rocked up, requesting again whether he could through it back into the pan, or whether i would like it as a doggy back, because according to him, it was a good steak! The food was a disgrace, and he's appearance as a manager was awful. He looked sluggish, It was the worst food i had, along with the service, and he had me pay for something i didnt enjoy at all! i paid R180 for two double shot Johnny WalkerBlack, and a flat lemonade, which actually tasted like water!And that was just for the 2 drinks alone! Our entire bill ended up at R750, and i swear i would have gotten better food at a vendour, spending way less! </p> <p> </p> <p>I find this absolutely appalling that such a beautiful place, would serve such ********** food. I'm disgusted and find this unacceptable!I will NEVER EVER advise anyone to eat there! Its an absolute disgrace, as for the manager, beyond pathetic! I wish for this to go around so people can be aware of what happens there! I wouldn't want to sent foot in that place again!!!!!!!</p>
