Botanical Gardens Trail of Lights

I purchased 7 tickets for the trail of lights in durban on the 15th of December, arrive at the venue just to be told the show is cancelled, you may re-book or take a refund

I went onto the website for a refund they are short paying me R 30, when asked why they say its a service fee, which I feel is totally wrong as I did not cancel my tickets the show was cancelled and I should get a full refund
