Bad phone manner

I phoned the Bosvelder Pub and Restaurant to make a reservation , we had a bad line but i continued my call anyway since I have a busy schedule and would not have the time to call back later. The lady who answered on the other end a Afrikaans speaking female was very rude and inconsiderate, she was aware that the line was bad and so I could not hear her properly she started screaming at me when i politely asked her to repeat. I have not yet visited this pub before as the only reason I am going was to see the Band Saarkie perform. However first impressions are very important and I must say that was a big turn off.

Please work on your customer service as this will drive new customers away.
