Very poor service

After placing an order we waited nearly 3 weeks for delivery. We had to follow up numerous times from our side regarding when delivery would take place. Once it did arrive it was a different product that what we had ordered (the sole colour was incorrect). The shoe was also way too big (not a normal size 10 as they indicate on their website). At our own cost we returned the shoe. Did get an email back to indicate that they had received our return and said that they would make a refund. Nearly 2 weeks later I have still not received the refund. I have sent two emails and a message on whatsapp (since they have no direct line to communicate with) but am still waiting for a response....
