Response to Bosveld Kudu

Thank you for your reply to my complaint (even though your sarcasm does not escape me). I did receive my refund - thank you! .....although it was 2 and a half weeks later (after I tried to follow up numerous times) .I also lost money in returning it and you taking a 10% fee for supplying an incorrect product. The problem was not only with the size of the shoe but the sole was the incorrect colour. So the wrong product was sent. I'll take the loss. Thank you for the refund. I wish your business the best. Unfortunately you will not not see my business again.
