Not pleased.....

I placed an order for Christmas for my family on the 2nd of December! A Christmas order... like the 25th of December.... all the other companies I have ordered from in the past have been able to forfill my order... But not this company.. I have sent emails upon emails, have had 2 email replies and now I found hein on whatsapp,telling me it's not his company and that he's waiting for shipment..... keeps telling me he's waiting for shipment... I still haven't received my order.. and won't have the presents for Christmas... I will never order again.... hope one day I receive my shoes....
