No delivery of order and no refund

I placed an order on 18 Dec 2023. I received acknowledgment of my order only after sending them an email requesting such (I supposedly didn’t supply my email address at time of order🤨). The only communication since then is an automated response. First to tell me that all orders will be shipped first week of Jan en then suddenly end of Jan. Shocking shocking communication and absolutely no response on request to get refunded
