Deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order experience with your company.

On December 8, 2023, I placed an order with your company, eagerly anticipating the arrival of the products. However, it has now been an extended period, and I regret to inform you that as of today, I have neither received the order nor received any substantial communication regarding its status.

The lack of updates and the minimal communication provided has been immensely distressing. Whenever I have attempted to inquire about the order status, the responses have been sp**** and often without concrete information. I understand that delays can occur, but the consistent excuse of waiting on the factory and falling behind on orders has left me feeling unheard and frustrated.

One of the primary issues exacerbating this situation is the absence of a direct cellphone number to contact your team. Relying solely on email communication has proven to be unreliable, with responses appearing arbitrary and infrequent. As a customer, feeling left in the dark about the whereabouts of my order has been incredibly disappointing.

I value transparency and timely updates in business dealings, which unfortunately have been lacking in my experience with Bosveld Kudu. As of now, I am yet to receive my order or any substantial communication regarding its status, which is highly unsatisfactory.

I will not recommend anyone to order from Bosveld kudu as they do not deliver goods at all!
