Bosweld Karavan Zambezi Worst caravan palace

These are the worst caravan place to deal with . We bought our caravan about a month from them. They promised it would fully be serviced. While we were deciding on the caravan, their sales guy Dylan promised us every thing would be sorted out and that they will service the caravan. When we wanted to initially fetch our caravan, Dylan called us and said it's not ready and we can fetch it in a few days. Upon going to collect it , we had seen nothing was done. We approach Dylan and his excuse was he was all alone and everyone else was away on holiday. He said then he would come the next Friday and sorry everything himself. We sat with him in his office and told him to please make sure all was done as discussed. We gave him a list. Friday came no one arrived. We called and he said he would come in the week. We waited and he didn't come out. I had to call management and explained everything, I chatted to Neville and he told me nothing was was told to them. He told me that no job card was made out. He apologized and said they would come in the week. I told him that what we asked Dylan to repair was not done. There was a small crack on the front where the jockey wheel was , the one window arm was missing, we also requested a new crockery and Dylan sent an old set to us which was so old and damaged. Eventually I gave Neville the list and he came out and fixed was was requested. The repairs were done unprofessionally the crack they filled up looked like a peace of bubble gum stuck down. He used reflector tape to stick over the other cracks instead of just fixing it properly. We asked if they could attach the spare wheel to the back , which he did but didn't remove the number plate .He told me we can do it ourselves. We asked them about the caravan table because there were not legs and they brought us a old one that needed to be cleaned . It is disgusting and as per Dylans words they order an new one for us.

A few days ago we noticed the jockey wheel was not working keeping the front up and when we tried to jack it up and tighten the lever broke right off. I sent a voice note to Neville and his excuse was they to busy and they have to go away somewhere and it is month end been the 19th May but it's month end. We have a warrantee for 6 months and they can't help us. They to busy. They are unprofessional. And then Neville has the audacity to tell me tell your husband to call me . I'll tell him how to fix it. Like my husband knows all about caravans. These people are useless and terrible. Thier service stinks and I will never recommend them . Don't go near them or buy a caravan cause you will land up taking it to someone else to fix. How can you tell a customer to do it them self. It's the worst place we have ever dealt with.
