Today I went to Bosun looking for replacement paving bricks. A very kind gentleman (forgot to ask his name) went out of his way to find me a manufacturer for the sample I had. Instead of selling me the incorrect items, he actually referred me to a competitor, compared the specs and gave me directions to the place. You rock Sir.
