I bought clothes but not yet received since december

hello Peter.i bought shoes and t-shirt from above mention shop now they are claiming that they have deliver the product.i have not received anything from things I bought from them..please assist me.now they want to give me 30% cash back of which I refused.please assist me to my full refund
