Good product bad packaging control

I have been a great friend of Boston cappuccino for years I love the orginal my favorite but for some time now I have faulty packaging. The product still tops above many others for me which is on the market. Lots of time you buy boxes without ******* marks but 3 times it happened now that I find Sacketts inside still sealed but with no contents inside and cappuccino does not come cheap. That tells me product quality control is not up to date.
