The worst Christmas ever!!

Excited for a wonderful Christmas lunch, my fiancé and I made a reservation at Boston BBQ Gold Reef City casino- having the knowledge of this specific buffet franchise, we were super excited for the food especially because it was Christmas lunch. The welcoming from the door to table waiters service was warm and very pleasant, firstly this reservation was a total waste of my money and the day- I ordered my favorite food of all time(seafood stir-fry) however there was no seafood, only calamari strips. When I placed my order for the stir-fry the chef asked me to have a seat and advised that my meal will be ready in the next five minutes- when I returned for my food after five minutes, the stir fry was busy frying away and after another 3-5 mins I was offered BBQ sauce and given my food. The calamari was cooked to the extent of a rubber consistency, I could not even break it with my fingers never mind bite/chew it. I than prepared myself for dessert, that consisted out of popcorn, sugar rings(some form of crisp) sugar loops, biscuits and a few others- I then just chose to go with a simple ice-cream to end things off, not knowing that I just made it worse. The ice-cream was off, even the chocolate sauce used to mask this disgust was lumpy and sour, after this I was terribly disappointed- my whole weekend was spoiled after spending half of it in the bathroom due to diarrhea. I regret going to have lunch at Boston BBQ Gold Reef City casino, they hide behind pretty pictures and adverts on the internet but gosh are they the worst. God forbid they stay open and continue like this...
