BAD SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH

<p>Hi made a booking at boston bbq for saturday evening i called spoke to a lady called Caudine, she was not friendly at all on the phone, sound like she was doing me a favour. We went for dinner food was not bad, just cold and staff in buffet area were kind. When I got the bill there was an extra drink on the bill that we did not have. I told the waiter please call the manager he come to our table his name was John so rude to us I never been treated like that it was very bad. Told us we stayed more than two hours need to pay the bill and leave. I said no one told me it was only two hours. The restaurant was not even full this is how John treats customers when you got no business. I will never go to Boston again.</p>
