Bad Service

A lady by the name of Loniwe Mohlala came to collect our bill when she came and insulted or rather offended me by calling me ***. I then made her aware that I'm not my friend even said to her that's wrong and offensive, she persisted. We called for her manager John Sibanda who came to our table arrogantly and said how can I help I explained the story and stared at me and said so what? I informed him that your staff just offended me or is this how you do things, he just didn't care then I just said I'll take this further. I would like this to be addressed.
