Bad service

From the time we entered we were told that the buffet closes at 9, a lady with red hair kept insiting on the time asking if we still wana sit in and are we sure okay, we were not being served also staff kept ignoring us we sat with the menu after a while she took our orders then took her own time just to bring the drinks while staff kept doing their own things! Nt pleased with the ****py service we received.
