bad experiennce No one responds to complaints

we went for Valentines dinner and we were so sorry as we nearly died. We had food poisoning while we were at the resturant and got cramps so we decided to leave as we could not handle the tummy pains. We called in and told the lady Jeanita our experience and she had a lot to say , one thing that she has a doctor freind and he said we were not food poisoned . She then went on to offer us another dinner for free but we said no due to what experience we had and asked her for a refund. We spent R500.00 and she said ok she will refund. To date we have not received a refund and she does not call back. We have called her almost every day of this week and no response, What type of business does not care about the wellbeing of their cusomers. I am so shocked at the service and response to their queries that i will tell 1000 people if not more.
