Absolutely disappointed

1. While trying to do the booking it took my mother 3 weeks of phoning everyday before they answered the phone.<br> 2. Upon doing the booking she was told it would be 165 per person.<br> 3. Upon arrival it took 20 minutes before we got assistance from a waiter.<br> 4. The buffet, most of the food was raw, no assistance from servers and no variety of food what so ever.<br> 5. Desert, waffles were served raw once again.<br> 6. Kitchen manager, we spoke to him but it is unknown whether he understood the complaint. <br> 7. Getting ready to leave, we were told it was now 199 per person.<br> <br> The conclusion of this is that we paid 199 per person and out of the 12 people at our table no one liked the food and they barely ate. It was a complete disappointment and I would not recommend any one eat there unless you like raw pork and chicken with absolutely no service. This was a disappointment and a waste of my mother's birthday party.
