Refund for accomodation

Good morning , On the 10 / 10/ 2018 we made a accommodation with Afristay they are an agent . the place we booked is Bostokelos guest house its based in Vanderbiljpark . The onwer's name is Jon Pierre we paid for our accomodation in full, on the 30th of Dec 2018 we phoned Jon to find out if everything is OK for our booking . booking was for 8 couples at the last minute Jon told us that he double booked us so he moved out to a 3 bedroom house which wasn't enough for 16 ppl. Then Jon cancelled our booking and promised to refund us our money, till today he has pay back our money . His number ********** landline ********** .
