Having ran into a problem with the tube of glue that I purchased, I phoned Bostiks toll free line and was assisted by one of the most helpful and knowledgeable persons I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I just wish more companies would learn how to handle customers this way and resolve the problem efficiently and amicably. As the lady said, Bostik like to have the human contact wit their customers.
